In this 45 minute class, we mix basic fitness movements with the smart mobility training stick. The goal is to focus on core stability while paying close attention movement and increasing body awareness. These small functional movements will have your heart racing and your mind stimulated. This 45 minute cardio class is performed on the trampoline/rebounder. Bounce delivers a full body workout as well as other health benefits. As you bounce, your lymphatic system is able to drain toxins and encourage natural detox. You will get an effective workout without strain, injury or high impact. For all our yogis out there, mastering namaste and staying centered, we have just the class for you. This is a 60 minute vinyasa flow style yoga. Get ready to sync your movement with your breath as you move from one pose to the next. Yoga Mats Required.
